In general such financial id as scholarships is mostly given to limited quantity of people. And usually students with middle academic progress can’t count on scholarship. But there is no rule without an exception. There are several kinds of scholarships which can be considered as unusual ones.

1.The Patrick Kerr Skateboarding Scholarship. Every skateboarder who is senior with GPA from 2.5 and plans to continue for the education has the possibility to get one of four scholarships from $1,000 to $5,000.

2.Carnegie Mellon University Bagpipe Scholarship. This university fives one scholarship in the amount of $7,000 with the condition to learn a bagpipe.

3.Chick & Sophie Major Memorial Duck Calling Scholarship. As for this scholarship, there are no special conditions, if you know how to call ducks you may freely ask for the financial aid in amount of $7,000.

4.The Klingon Language Institute’s Kor Memorial Scholarship. In order to receive this scholarship you should just be registered at some language course and be graduate or undergraduate student. There are also several scholarships which are given by Starfleet Academy; each one is of $500. These scholarships include the Dr. Leonard McCoy Medical Scholarship, the Montgomery Scott Engineering Scholarship, the LeVar Burton Educational Scholarship and the Patrick Stewart Scholarship for the Performing Arts.
